This 60–90 minute session gives us the chance to meet you and your pet, understand what you'd like to achieve and see what everyday life looks like for you both. From there, we'll recommend the services or training approach best suited to you.

Whether it's picking up your lizard, interacting with your bird, getting your cat into a carrier or simply helping an animal become more comfortable with human touch, we'll work gradually and practically to build confidence and cooperation.

Behaviour is communication. When an animal is doing something that's difficult to manage, the first step is understanding why.
We'll look at the behaviour in context - including your animal's environment, routines, experiences and individual needs - before developing practical strategies to help create positive change.
